For large orders (blankets, clothing, etc.), especially customer orders, I do ask for half up front. This is security for myself. In the event that you change your mind and decide to cancel you order this ensures that I am not at a complete loss.

In some cases I may be willing to compromise, but please don’t take offense when I ask for half upfront. It’s hard to have a crochet business if people order things from me and half way through they decide they don’t want it or can’t afford it etc.
