I Finally made my first Crochet purse!!!

One of my new years resolutions was to crochet more and try new patterns. So I finally found a crochet bag/purse pattern that I like. The fact that it was free might have influenced my choice a little but it is a very easy pattern and makes a very cute bag.

It took me a little more than 2 weeks to complete, and thats with going to work and maintaining my home etc. If you have a little more free time on your hands I think you could easily get this bag done in a day.

The colors I used for this bag are black, light orchard and orchard. All red heart super saver brand. For the liner on the inside I used a simple black cotton fabric. I found it easier to use my sewing machine to put the liner together and I manually sewed the liner to the bag.

P.S. Don't mind the little feets in the picture, my feline daughter always has to be by my side when i crochet. Shes the loose yarn police lol.
